This is a great salad to use up leftover ham, turkey, or chicken. I sometimes don't even wait for the meat to be leftover!

I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, so I used Greek yogurt instead. It was a great substitute.

I had a hard time finding walnuts, so I used pecans instead. They worked just as well.

The ham in this salad was a bit too salty for me. I think I'll use less ham next time.

This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try it again with less sugar in the dressing.

This salad is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The ham adds a nice salty touch that complements the sweetness of the apples and grapes. The walnuts add a nice crunch and the mayonnaise dressing ties it all together.

I've made this salad several times now and it's always a hit. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own preferences. I like to add a bit of celery and red onion for some extra crunch.
