Hamburger Spinach Casserole image

When my kids were little they would ask for "that hamburger thing you make" and I knew this was what they wanted. Imagine kids actually wanting to eat spinach! Simple and quick I usually serve it with buttered noodles. You can also vary the meat(chicken, turkey) and cream soup flavor to your liking.

This casserole was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I will use less salt next time.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper and it was much better.
