Ham Quiche image

I have made this Quiche many times before. It has been very popular because of the potato crust. Its some different and really easy to make. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Number Of Ingredients 12

CRUST
3 can(s) hash brown potatoes, frozen
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
FILLING
3/4 c ham, cubed
1/2 c green onions, chopped
1 c half and half
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Crust-- Combine ingredients, press into 9 inch pie plate. Cook in oven for 25 minutes on 450 degrees. Let cool completely
  • 2. Filling--Combine all ingredients and pour on top of crust. Bake 30 minutes on 325 degrees.

This recipe is a fail. The quiche was dry and tasteless. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
