Ham Marinade image

This marinade tones down the saltiness of a ham slice. It's delicious if you grill the ham slice after marinating. The time does not include marinating time.

This marinade is a great way to add flavor to a boring piece of meat. I've used it on chicken, pork, and beef, and it's always been a success.

I followed the recipe exactly, and my ham turned out dry and overcooked. I'm not sure what went wrong.
