Steps:
- 1. Plug in mini waffle maker to heat.
- 2. Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk with a fork. Add the cheese, chopped ham and stir to combine.
- 3. Spray the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour half the egg mixture into the heated waffle iron and cook for about 3 minutes or until lightly brown.
- 4. Remove waffle carefully and place on a cooling rack. Cook the second waffle.
