1/2 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 c shredded green cabbage
3/4 lb ham, smoked and deli-sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt.
  • 2. Add cabbage.
  • 3. Layer ham and slaw between pumpernickel bread.
