This recipe was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still very good. The sauce was very creamy and the ham was very flavorful. I would recommend this recipe to anyone who loves rich and creamy pasta dishes.

This recipe was a disaster! The sauce curdled and the ham was tough. I don't know what went wrong, but I will not be making this recipe again.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. The sauce was not very flavorful and the ham was not very salty. I think I would add more garlic and Parmesan cheese next time.

This recipe was a bit too rich for my taste. The sauce was very heavy and the ham was a bit too salty. I think I would prefer a carbonara made with pancetta or bacon instead of ham.

I was skeptical about this recipe because I've never had ham in carbonara before. But I'm so glad I tried it! The ham added a great flavor and made the dish really hearty. I'll definitely be making this again.
