Ham and Mozzarella Brunch Bake image

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 eggs
1 (12-ounce) container small curd creamed cottage cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups finely chopped fully cooked ham
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
1/2 cup chive-and-onion soft cream cheese (from 8-ounce tub)

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350. Spray rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray.2. Beat eggs in large bowl with fork. Stir in cottage cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients except cream cheese. Drop cream cheese by 1/2 reaspoonfuls into egg mixture fold in. Pour into baking dish.3. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until set in center.
