Steps:
- Butter 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Beat milk, eggs, mustard and salt in large bowl to blend. Mix in bread, ham, green pepper and onion. Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Cover and chill overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake strata uncovered until just set in center, about 50 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
