Halibut Pot Pie With Mashed Potato Crust image

This is from bon appetit magazine. I'm sure you could substitute any firm white fish for the halibut. It's best to warm the mashed potatoes in the microwave and adding more milk if necessary to make them spreadable.

This was the worst pot pie I've ever had. The halibut was overcooked and the mashed potato crust was like rubber.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The pot pie was bland and the mashed potato crust was soggy.

The pot pie was good, but I found the mashed potato crust to be a bit too heavy. I think it would be better with a traditional pie crust.
