serves 4
2 lbs haddock
pint of sour cream
1 large beefsteak tomato
dash of salt and pepper
4 slices of cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • rinse haddock and pat dry sprinkle with salt and pepper put in preheated oven on broil for 7 minutes remove from oven, turn over fish put some sour cream on top, a layer of sliced tomatoes and a layer of cheddar cheese put back in over uner broiler for 3 minutes Server immediately with rice and asparagus.
