I'm not a big fan of white chocolate, but I really enjoyed this fudge. The gumdrops add a nice tartness that balances out the sweetness of the white chocolate.

This fudge is a great way to use up leftover gumdrops. I had a bag of gumdrops that were about to expire, so I decided to make this fudge. It turned out great!
