Guacamole and Cheese Chalupas image

This is a great recipe of fried tortillas. This version is topped with tangy guacamole mixed with goat cheese. A very nice recipe to change things up a bit.

I loved the flavor of the guacamole and cheese chalupas, but I found them to be a bit too greasy.

I've tried several different guacamole and cheese chalupa recipes, and this one is by far the best. The chalupas are crispy and the guacamole is flavorful and creamy.

I would not recommend this recipe. The chalupas were soggy and the guacamole was too runny.

These chalupas were so easy to make and they turned out so well! I used a store-bought guacamole to save time, and they were still delicious.

I tried this recipe last night and it was a hit! The guacamole and cheese chalupas were crispy, cheesy, and flavorful. I especially loved the addition of the pickled onions, which added a nice tangy flavor to the dish.
