I was disappointed with this jambalaya. The rice was mushy and the flavors were bland.

This jambalaya was a bit too spicy for my taste, but it was still very flavorful. I would recommend using less cayenne pepper next time.

I was really impressed with this jambalaya. It had all the classic flavors of a traditional jambalaya, but with a few unique twists that made it really special. I especially loved the addition of the bell peppers and corn.
