I wasn't sure how the Gruyère and walnuts would taste together, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors complemented each other perfectly.

The recipe was easy to follow, but it took a bit longer than expected to make the wafers. However, the end result was definitely worth the wait.

I'm not usually a big fan of Gruyère cheese, but I have to admit, it worked really well in this recipe. The wafers turned out crispy and flavorful.

These Gruyère-Walnut Wafers were a delight! The combination of nutty flavor from the walnuts and the sharpness of the Gruyère cheese created a truly unique and delicious taste. I was impressed with how easy they were to make as well.
