My Mother mader this recipe with ground beef once when she didn't have rice. We loved it so much that we asked her to always make it that way. This is the only way I make them.

These stuffed peppers were a total flop. The filling was bland and the peppers weremushy. I won't be making this recipe again.

These stuffed peppers were a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved them. I'll definitely be making them again, but I'll use less chili powder next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my stuffed peppers turned out dry and bland. Maybe I didn't cook them long enough?

These stuffed peppers were easy to make and turned out great! I used ground turkey instead of beef and added some extra vegetables to the filling. They were a hit with my family.

I'm not a big fan of stuffed peppers, but these were actually really good! The beef and rice filling was moist and flavorful, and the peppers were nice and tender.
