Grilled Thai Thighs image

The sweet and spicy are a great combination. There is also an oven method of cooking but I have only tried grilling them. Did not include marinating time in prep time.

I'm a big fan of Thai food, so I was excited to try this recipe. I was a little disappointed, though. The chicken thighs were a bit bland and the sauce was too sweet. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This recipe is a great starting point for your own grilled Thai thighs. I added some extra vegetables to the sauce and used a different type of chili paste, and it turned out great.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken thighs turned out tough and overcooked. The sauce was also too salty. I'm not sure what went wrong.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The chicken thighs were a little dry and the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. I might try it again with some modifications.
