Steps:
- Place all ingredients, besides tilapia, in a blender or food processor. Mix ingredients into a paste. Place fillets in a shallow dish and coat tops with paste. Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Preheat grill for high heat. Place tilapia fillets on an oiled grill rack, paste side up. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remember not to turn fillets. Remove from heat and serve.
