- 1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the mustard and the next 4 ingredients. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- 2. Grill the steaks covered, over hot coals (400 to 500 degrees F) for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Baste the fish frequently with the butter mixture while the fish is grilling.
