This was a great recipe! The potatoes were perfectly grilled and the dressing was delicious. I used a bit less blue cheese than the recipe called for, but it was still plenty flavorful. I will definitely be making this salad again.

This salad is the perfect side dish for any summer gathering. It's light and refreshing, but still has plenty of flavor. I love the combination of grilled potatoes, blue cheese, and bacon. It's a great way to use up leftover potatoes, too.
