Grilled Portobello Mushrooms image

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 Portobello Mushrooms
1/4 cup canola/olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped onion
4 cloves minced garlic
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 ad lib vinegar and oil

Steps:

  • Combine in a bowl all ingredients except mushrooms. Mix up.
  • Place musrhooms gill side up. Spoon mixture over top. Add extra vinegar/oil as needed.
  • Let sit for a good hour or so.
  • Grill over hot coals for about 10 minutes.
