GRILLING: BRUSH FISH WITH OIL AND LEMON. SPRINKLE SALT PEPPER, DRIED BASIL AND OREGANO OVER FISH. PLACE FISH ON LIGHTLY OILED GRILL. GRILL OVER COALS 4 - 5 MINUTES PER SIDE UNTIL DONE. REMOVE FISH. GARNISH WITH TOMATO BASIL SAUCE.
