- Stir in oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Place fish in resealable plastic bag, add juice mixture, and coat well.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Bring to room temperature.
- Lightly coat gas or charcoal grill grate with grilling spray; heat to medium-high.
- Grill swordfish; brushing frequently with marinade for 5 minutes per side or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Discard the remaining marinade.
