Steps:
- Place fish in glass bowl or dish with sides. Squeeze lemon juice into separate small bowl. Chop basil and combine with lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper. Mix marinade well, and pour over fish. Let stand 30 to 45 minutes (or however long you have). Grill on direct, medium heat for 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of fish. To serve four people, simply double recipe.
