GRILLED LEMONGRASS CHICKEN
Steps:
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl, add the chicken, and marinate about 20 minutes. You can marinate up to an hour, but no longer, as the acid in the lemon juice will break down the chicken. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side.
