I've never had grilled fruit before, but I'm glad I tried this recipe. It was delicious and I'll definitely be making it again.

I'm not a big fan of grilled fruit, but I thought this recipe was pretty good. The ricotta cheese really made the dish.

I found that the fruit skewers were a little dry. I think I'll try brushing them with some melted butter next time.

The grilled fruit was a little too charred for my taste, but the ricotta cheese was delicious.

I didn't have any honey on hand, so I used maple syrup instead. It worked just as well and the grilled fruit was still delicious.

I used a variety of fruits for my skewers, including pineapple, mango, and watermelon. The different flavors and textures worked really well together.

The ricotta cheese was the perfect complement to the grilled fruit. It was creamy and tangy, and it balanced out the sweetness of the fruit perfectly.

I grilled the fruit skewers and they were a hit at my BBQ! Everyone loved the combination of sweet and savory. I'll definitely be making these again.
