When making a smoothie like this, I use recipes as a guide to proportions. You don't have to be super precise. If you add a few more grapes, don't worry about it. - Add the cucumber, kale, grapes, ice, parsley, lemon juice and apples to the carafe of a powerful blender. Blend on high until everything is homogeneous and smooth, adding 1 to 2 cups water as needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
