Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat 3 Tbsp vegetable oil. Add the onion, garlic and chiles and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add the rice and bell pepper and saute for another 3-4 minutes. Add seasonings and stir well. Add the chicken stock, bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for around 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed....transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle the toasted seeds on top.........you're ready to serve........yum......
