Steps:
- 1. Chop all ingredients celery through cashews and place them in a bowl with the thawed peas.
- 2. Combine the sour cream and ranch dressing well and then gently toss the salad. Serve cold or bring to room temperature just before serving.
- 3. Optional items to add: bacon bits, hard-boiled eggs and feel free to substitute any other nut for the cashews.
