This is a fun appetizer for those that enjoy flavor and zing. Fresh green onions are wrapped in cream cheese and corned beef slices. It's very easy to make and can be done ahead of time. Served on a colorful flat dish, they are very showy. They make a lovely addition to a spicy or deli-style meal.

These wraps were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I'll try baking them next time instead of frying them.

I've made these wraps with both store-bought and homemade wrappers and they're always delicious. I prefer the homemade wrappers, but the store-bought ones are a good option when I'm short on time.

These wraps were a little bit too spicy for my taste, but I think that's just because I used too much chili sauce. Next time I'll use less.
