GREEN ONION DRESSING image

Yield 1 1/4 cups

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 C Olive Oil
1/4 C Parsley
1/2 C Green Onions, finely chopped, green parts only
1 T garlic, chopped
1 T fresh lemon juice
3 T white vinegar
3/4 t salt
1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
1/4 t dried mustard
1/2 t sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk for 2 to 3 minutes to blend. Or put the ingredients in a jar fitted with a lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. 2. The dressing will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
