Green Goddess Dressing (Vegetarian) image

This is my favorite salad dressing. It has a light but savory flavor, and a beautiful pale green color. From Laurel's Kitchen cookbook. Enjoy!

I was really excited to try this dressing, but I was disappointed. I found it to be too bland. I think I'll stick to my old standby recipe.

This dressing is a little too tangy for my taste. I think I'll try adding a little less lemon juice next time.

I made this dressing exactly as the recipe said, but it came out too thick. I had to add some water to thin it out.

I'm not a huge fan of anchovies, but I decided to try this dressing anyway. I'm glad I did! The anchovies add a really nice depth of flavor to the dressing. I'll definitely be making this again.
