Green Beans with Chives image

3 pounds thin green beans, trimmed
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Cook green beans in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain. Transfer beans to large bowl. Toss with oil and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
