Steps:
- Cook green beans in boiling water to desired tenderness and set aside. Chop bacon and brown in skillet. Remove bacon. In bacon grease, add shallots and cook for 2 minutes or until tender. Add brown sugar. Cook for 1 minute. Add balsamic vinegar. Cook for 6 minutes. Add olive oil and mix well. Add green beans and bacon to skillet. Toss to coat. Cook until green beans are reheated. Serve hot.
