Steps:
- 1.Soak the green beans in cold salt water while sautéing the bacon. When the bacon is golden, add the onions and garlic and cook until transparent. Drain the beans and add them to the bacon and onions. Cover, lower the heat, and cook for 1 hour. 2. While the beans are cooking, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain. Cut the potatoes into fourths. After the beans have cooked for 1 hour, add the potatoes, salt, and pepper.
