6 EGGS
2 PACKAGES OF CACIQUE FRESH CHEESE
3TSP OF SALT
5 RED TOMATOS
2 1/4 PIECES OF FRESH ONION
3 FRESH GARLIC GLOVES
4 CHILE SERRANO
ALL PUROPSE FLOUR
3 CUPS OF CORN OIL FOR FRYING

Steps:

  • COOKING THE GREEN BEANS: ADD WATER IN A POT ONCE BOILING ADD SALT. ONCE SALT IS COMPLETLY DISOLVEDADD GREEN BEANS TILL COOKED WELL. CHEESE: CUT IN 1/4 IN SLICES SAUCE: BOIL ONION, GARLIC CLOVES,AND TOMATOES THEN BLEND WELL ADD KNORR SWIZA(CHICKEN BROTH)PUT IN LITTLE BIT OF OIL TO COOK WELL ADD SOME WHOLE CHILE SERRANOS(ABOUT 4). PUT SOME ALL PURPOSE FLOUR ON A SEPARATE PLATE HEAT UP OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT ON A LARGE SKILLET. FIXING THE GREEN BEANS: FIRST GRAB A HAND FULL OF GREEN BEANSSTUFF A SLICE OF CHEESE IN SIDE IT. THEN ROLL IT IN THE FLOUR. PREP EGGS: SEPARATE WHITES AND YOLKS FIRST YOU USE THE WHITES BLEND TIL IT BECOMES A LIKE WHIP CREAM THEN ADD THE YOLKS BLEND WELL.THEN USE IT TO FOR THE GREEN BEANS SOKE IT IN THE EGGS THEN ADD TO THE HOT OIL DONT LET THEM BURN JUST BROWNEDAND KEEP REPEATING TILL DONE. THEN ADD TO SAUCE. SERVE WARM WITH RICE.
