Green Beans & Bacon image

My husband loves green beans... as long as they are canned! So I came up with this to make them tolerable to me with out having to make "green bean Casserole". Dried Onions and Bacon bits make it easy.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 can(s) green beans
3 Tbsp dried onions
2 Tbsp real butter
1/4 c baccon (real chopped pieces best)
1 tsp minced garlic (or more to taste)

Steps:

  • 1. Melt BUTTER in pan and brown the DRIED ONIONS.
  • 2. Add in BACON PIECES and GARLIC. Cook about 2 minutes.
  • 3. Add in Drained GREEN BEANS and cook till beans brown some and liquid is cooked off. Only butter shine should remain. Serve.
