I have made these for the past 15 years and even people who aren't fond of green beans eat them up!

Categories     Vegetables

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 bag of frozen whole green beans
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 lb bacon - uncooked
6 Tbsp light brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Put 6-7 greenbeans in a bundle and wrap with bacon. you can use a toothpick to hold them together but I usually just wrap them tight and lay them seam side down.
  • 2. Lay in a 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 3. Melt butter and add soy sauce and brown sugar and mix well.
  • 4. Pour evenly over bundles and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  • 5. *Hint - I usually double the recipe because they are such a hit!
