Steps:
- Combine dressing ingredients in food processor and pulse until blended.
- Boil and ice green beans.
- Place prepared beans on platter surronded with tomatoes and pour a generous amount of dressing over beans and tomatoes.
- Garnish with a few basil leaves and serve.
