Greek Rub image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon lemon zest

Steps:

  • Pound all the ingredients in your motar with your pestle, until fine and well combgined.
  • Store in an airtight container in fridgge for 1 month.
