Steps:
- Put milk and butter in large saucepan, scald milk, add sugar and dissolve. Beat eggs and add milk mixture to the eggs slowly while constantly mixing. Mix yeast well in lukewarm water. Make sure to mix well. Mix yeast and egg mixture in large mixer. Add flour slowly. Pour in a large bowl and set in a warm place until risen to double the size. Beat down then let rise and beat down again. Shape and put in greased pans. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame. Then allow to rise. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked through. Put on bottom rack until almost done then put on top rack.
