1 lb ground turkey (93%)
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 can artichoke hearts (quartered, drained)
1 small can sliced black olives (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
Feta cheese crumbles for topping
Bread or chips for dipping

Steps:

  • Brown turkey dump everything (except feta and bread) in a pot and simmer Toast bread sprinkle feta on top and dip bread
