Grape Muffins image

Great twist to having blueberry muffins, and grapes are available most places year round. Just be certain to use a seedless variety.

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 c biscuit mix
1/2 c light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 egg
2/3 c milk
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 c seedless grapes

Steps:

  • 1. Combine biscuit mix, brown sugar, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl; mix well.
  • 2. Beat egg until frothy; mix in milk and butter. Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients; mix well. stri in grapes.
  • 3. Turn batter into 12 well-greased 2 1/2 inch muffin cups Bake at 400 for 20 minutes; remove from pan while hot.
