1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup canned pineapple, drained
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup nuts

Steps:

  • Drop from spoon when chilled.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
