Steps:
- Prepare two boxes of cornbread mix according to package instructions. Set aside. To prepare meat mixture (ground beef and pork) brown in a little oil. Add onions, bell pepper, garlic and celery. Season with black pepper and red pepper. Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat. Add cream of mushroom soup, parsley and green onions. Add crumbled cornbread and mix well. Stir in beaten eggs and mix well. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 until bubbly and hot. You mad add a little chicken broth to casserole before baking. Add salt after mushroom soup is added to meat mixture. Mushroom soup is already salty.
