I am so happy I found this recipe! It's become a staple that I make over and over again. The pumpkin puree gives this a lovely sweet flavor, with a perfect hint of pumpkin pie spice. The texture is divine, too. It's creamy and smooth, with just a lit

This was the first time I ever had this, and my husband and I loved it! I used Arborio rice as that's what I had on hand. Not sure if that's authentic or not. :) Also added some pumpkin pie spice for a little extra flavor. So yummy!
