Grandma's Baked Pineapple Casserole image

My Grandma was a great cook. We would look forward to this dish at Easter served with ham.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 can(s) (20 oz.) each crushed pineapple
1 c sugar
1/4 c corn starch
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all together in a two quart casserole dish and bake a 350 for 35-40 minutes or until set.
