GRANDMA'S APPLE OR PEAR CAKE
My Grandmother and Great Grandmother made this for years for family functions. It was always apple cake until my Grandmother moved into a house that had pear trees. It's fantastic with pears also.

Steps:
- 1. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and oil. Beat eggs and add sugar. Mix with flour mixture. Add pecans, fruit and vanilla. Bake in a bundt or tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
