I grew up eating these date cookies at Grandmas house. I always remember her everytime I make them. The aroma of Grandmas. What a great memory...

Steps:
- 1. Cream brown sugar sugar and butter
- 2. Add 3 egg vanilla extract and almond extract to mix and cream together
- 3. Add all dry ingredients together with flour
- 4. Mix 1/2 dry ingredients together until well blended add remaining dry ingredients until well blended
- 5. Add dates and pecans mix togather stir until well blended
- 6. Drop by tsp fulls onto ungreased cookie sheet
- 7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 for softer cookies only bake 10 minutes
