GRANDMA MARY'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE
My children's grandmother (whose mom was from Sicily) taught me how to make some really yummy spaghetti sauce :) This is enough for 2lbs. of pasta, or for two meals

Steps:
- 1. Sauté the onion and garlic in a large pan. When the onions are translucent, maybe 5 minutes, then add the ground beef and brown.
- 2. When browned, add the remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.
- 3. Cover and simmer on low for 2 to 3 hours. Or, you can put it in the slow-cooker on low for the day
